How can I help you?
My aim is to make counselling accessible for anyone who may need it, regardless of their situation.
I am an integrative counsellor. I believe that there is no one type of therapy that fits all clients, and I will work with you to find what is right for you.
Sessions can be either face to face in my safe, comfortable and private home office, or remote via telephone, Skype or Facetime.
Individual sessions are
50 minutes and take place on a weekly basis. They are usually at the same time and on the same day each week, but I also cater for shift work.
I also offer couple's counselling.
This may be between two people in a romantic relationship or marriage, but can also be friends, family or any other type or relationship you may be in.
Sessions for couples last for 60 minutes
and individual sessions for each client are often
part of the process.
